Re: Duplicate Order of Materials

Dear Ms. Myerson:

This letter is to follow up on my recent calls concerning the disposition of a duplicate order of Fypon materials that was delivered to our job site on July 27, 2007. As your office is aware, we placed this order for a new home we are building on 23 Haverly Drive in Red Bank, NJ. Through some administrative mix-up, ABC made a duplicate delivery.

We have called your office several times to make arrangements for your office to retrieve this material, but you have taken no action to date. We have stored this material in our shop for the past six months and cannot continue to do so. The order was identified as FYPON NO 327292 and the Customer Number was 6211. We need you to either pick this material up or we will dispose of it.

Would you kindly advise of your intentions as storage in our small warehouse is at a premium? To that end, please sign and fax back the attached sheet advising of your plans. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please give me a call if you have any questions or require additional information.

  Very truly yours,

James Rafferty
Director of Operations
